This classic authentic Danish pastry goes back 150 years when it was brought home from Austria to Denmark by Danish Bakers. Some ingredient have improved over the years but the process of rolling dough with the shortening that creates 27 layers that once baked to a golden brown give the authentic Danish pastry it's unique flaky and light texture.

Now you can be your own Danish baker without all the mess. Our ready to bake frozen authentic Danish is pre-proofed and quick frozen at our bakery.
